ADDICTION RECOVERY

Healthy Relationships are Vital to Addiction Recovery
Addiction doesn’t just affect individuals, it ripples through families, relationships, and entire communities. I know this intimately. Together with my husband, who is in active recovery, my own family has walked through the chaos, the heartbreak, and the long road of healing. We live a life of recovery. We also volunteer as facilitators of addiction recovery and family support meetings, walking alongside others who are rebuilding trust, identity, and hope.
Connect U was born from that journey. Not as a program, but as a calling. In recovery homes, I bring not only professional expertise as a trauma informed certified coach and healthy relationship facilitator, but the raw truth of what it means to lose connection and fight to reclaim it. I don’t teach from a distance. I show up with an open heart, lived compassion, and a deep belief in the power of relationships to transform recovery.
Connect U creates spaces where residents can begin to rebuild what addiction tried to take: their voice, their boundaries, their ability to feel safe in relationships.
