Session Booking & Payment

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling platform.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and secure online transfers.
Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds

Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.

If a session is canceled within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed or credited toward a future session—based on your preference.
Late Arrivals

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee adjustment.
Emergency Exceptions

I understand that life happens. In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please reach out directly. I’ll do my best to accommodate with compassion and flexibility.
Client-Coach Fit

Coaching is a collaborative process, and alignment matters. If either of us feels that the partnership isn’t the right fit, I’ll support you in finding a coach or resource better suited to your needs. Any unused sessions will be refunded in full.
